By engaging with 7th Round Recruiting, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Offered: 7th Round Recruiting provides college baseball recruitment services including but not limited to athlete evaluations, promotion, and assistance with the college recruitment process.

Scope of Work: The scope of work will be outlined in the agreement provided to the athlete and/or their family prior to commencement of services.

Quotes: All quotes provided by 7th Round Recruiting are valid for the specified duration and subject to change based on individual assessment and any unforeseen circumstances.

Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in delay or suspension of services.

Confidentiality: 7th Round Recruiting agrees to maintain the confidentiality of athlete information and proprietary data shared during the provision of services.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created or developed by 7th Round Recruiting in the course of providing services shall remain the property of 7th Round Recruiting unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Data Protection: 7th Round Recruiting complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. Athlete data will be handled and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with reasonable notice. Any outstanding payments or obligations shall be settled upon termination.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.

Modification: 7th Round Recruiting reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Athletes and their families will be notified of any changes.
